To be able to monitoring each vehicle BNX Fleet Management uses a GPS / GPRS device in each vehicle. The device is connected to the vehicle battery. The power consumption is very low, comparable to a cell phone. To access your fleet details, a web browser such as Explorer ®, Chrome ®, Firefox ® etc. is required. The location of your fleet is shown on interactive digital map (Google or Bing).

The information is sent by the GPS devices in predetermined intervals (e.g. every 3 minutes), the registered units send its position to the BNX Information Center using GPRS communication. The information received by BNX Information center is immediately registered and processed, then the info is filtered to alarm situations such as, trip deviation, unauthorized stops, delays, etc.

Alarm situations are predefined and when activated it increases the immediate action to answer to a problem.
